Vapor Blasting Equipment Guide

Updated: Jan 11, 2021

Vapor honing technologies is used in the production of steam to spray paint and epoxy. These machines are similar to that of the evaporative cooler and are used for various applications such as, cleaning windows, ceiling panels, and moldings. They are designed to operate with minimal operator assistance and to maintain optimum efficiency. The vapor blasting equipment is built with high strength and are also available with accessories that add flexibility and ease of use.

The Vapor King is constructed from 12 gauge stainless steel with 10 gauges double door panels. 100% hand welded and laser cut aluminum frame with aluminum dust collection tray. An industrial-strength vapor blasting cabinet with dual dust collection ports. The Vapor King also comes complete with a vapor blasting instrument, a dust collection tool, a stainless steel hose, stainless steel washers, a drum grinder, and a desktop vapor blasting unit. It also has an optional aluminum dust collector bag.

The Vapor King can be used for drywall finishing and other applications where a wet spray finish is desired. The cabinet's primary function is to act as a control station for outdoor vapor blasting equipment and other equipment. With the exception of an optional dust collection bag, it is made with an aluminum frame and powder-coated steel door. Its interior contains non-stick interlocking black vinyl interior trim that prevents it from being damaged by friction or abrasion.

The vapour honing Equipment comes in different shapes and sizes to cater for different sprayer application needs. The most popular among them is the T-roller which is designed for smooth roll out application. The speed of the revolving brushes doubles that of the standard blasters. It can also generate a very high pressure stream. It has an optional rubberized grip so it may be used with less than ideal working environments.

Another model is the wet blast system which is specifically designed to spray materials like shingles, tar and concrete. Its rotary and fixed brushes can apply both wet and dry concrete while its interchangeable nozzles allow it to spray both wet and dry concrete with ease. The wet blasting arm features a variable power source with a corded nozzle. A wet blasting nozzle is a vital component in a vapor blaster because it allows the application of a fine mist of abrasive material.

The T-roller also has two interchangeable nozzles and has an adjustable air release and throw swivel. It also comes with a dust collection bag. The Dry Blast System is ideal for applications where you want a high volume of abrasive dust that can be easily atomized and blown into a fine spray. This type of vapor blasting system is perfect for applications where you need to perform backfill methods on foundation walls or other hard surface areas because the compressed air will not damage the drywall when the compressed air is blown through the nozzles.
