Vapor Blasting Equipment Guide

Vapor honing equipment has quickly become a popular method of soundproofing businesses, home offices and private residences. This method of soundproofing utilizes high powered fans to move heated air through a room effectively muffling external sounds. The units are easy to install and are great for colleges, studios, home offices, hospitals and other businesses.

The Vapor King makes use of 12 gauge stainless steel doors with 10 gauge double door panels. 100 % stainless steel construction with powder coated finish. An outdoor vapor blasting cabinet that's built to last even through heavy usage. The Vapor King also comes complete with an optional window washing system that's available in both single and double windows. One wall is left unglazed to allow the beauty of the wood grain to shine through.

The Vapor King includes a fully adjustable vapor blast ceiling fan, a precision-tuned oscillating fan, a powerful blower and a stainless steel cabinet with a water tray. The cabinet allows for accurate positioning without wasting energy. It includes a hose that attaches to the fan along with a pressure insert that can be adjusted for precise positioning. Adjustments are easy to make and the included mounting bracket makes installation simple and secure.

The vapor king features a two-stage spray pattern and is a spray and kill technology. The first stage dispenses a fine mist from the nozzle, which is highly effective at reducing external sounds. The second stage shoots extremely hot air in a stream toward the ceiling, reducing any ambient pressure inside the home or office. Both stages are extremely effective and remove virtually all sounds from the area. Pressurizing the fan further creates an intense jet stream and is designed to destroy even the heaviest, most powerful woodworking projects.

The vapor blaster is also available as a wet blast system. A wet blast system is similar to the vapor blasting equipment, but it requires water to activate the nozzle instead of air. This provides increased pressure, more efficient application and more efficient exhaust. The increase in pressure also helps to achieve more efficient use of water for cleaning and removing oil stains.

Vapor blasting units are available with two different spraying methods. The first spraying method uses water and abrasives in a rotating drum. The second uses dry abrasives and water in a single rotating drum. These methods are used to blast tiles, wood, metal and other items. Using abrasives is a preferred method over water because it provides stronger abrasion effects and more control.
